This arrived in plenty of time for our 41st wedding anniversary It was exactly as pictured. I would definitely call it a periwinkle blue, or to the men out there, it's just purple, just as you see it pictured. I probably would have rather had navy, but with a $20 price difference, I thought it best to spend that on a bottle of wine instead! Very happy with this product and excellent customer service.
