Perfect for school lunches! I love this product and they're awesome, but there are some downsides to buying as a set that I didn't realize when I purchased them. I have 2 boys. One of the containers is pink and purple....that went to my niece. My son wouldn't be caught dead with that. Also, there are 2 rectangular and 2 oval containers, but only 1 freezer pack of each shape/size. So if you wanted to pack both in one lunch, you can't with the freezer pack, which defeats the purpose. If you purchase them individually, you can chose the colors and it ensures you get the snap in freezer pack for each container. I'm not sure how much cheaper it is to purchase as the set, but I know that I would have done that had I done a little more research when I was buying. The product themselves though I highly, highly recommend!

I use this for my daughter's lunch and they do work. She tells me how she likes that her fruits are still nice and cold when she eats them at school in the summer. It's a good size too.
