I am a huge fan of the Lunch Blox containers. I have them in all sizes, and they help me make a healthy lunch with variety and the right portion sizes.
If you are not familiar with them, they stack together neatly inside your lunch box. They seal well and clean up easily in the dishwasher. They are also microwaveable.
For this set, you pay a premium price ($16 at Target) for coloured containers (the normal ones are clear with green lids) and a bigger ice pack. I love the colours, but I don't have a lunch box big enough to hold the big ice pack. I have the small lunch box designed for Lunch Blox, and it does not work with the big ice block either. I suspect it will work with the medium size one that they are now offering.
If you have a normal lunchbox, I recommend getting another set that has the smaller ice packs that are more versatile. They do sell 3 packs of the small ice packs that fit with the containers. With those, they will probably fit your box however you want to arrange them. I already have enough of the smaller ones, but I probably won't get much use out of the ice pack. If you have a flat lunch box that is big enough, then I think you will be happy with this set.
Update: it does fit in the Medium bag made by Rubbermaid for the lunch blox kits! Just not the small.

I absolutely love this product. It does just as it says. It fits in flexible flat lunch boxes perfectly, the pieces snap right into the ice chiller, and the compartments are well made as to keep the food well contained and mess free within the lunch box. Its perfect for me to take lunch to school or work each day. I will be getting a second one to keep up with the dishes, but its perfect for what I need.

We've had the LunchBlox for a few weeks now and unfortunately we have lost a piece (my 1st grader accidentally threw it in the trash). I understand it's not Rubbermaid's fault, but as a company that markets their products for Kid use they should be more accommodating and offer replacement parts. $16 is expensive for a small food storage solution and becomes even more expensive when you can't buy replacement parts...if you lose/melt a lid or any other piece it renders the kit useless. Rubbermaid understands this and expects their customers to purchase a brand new kit. Although the kit is a great concept, the blue lid does not snap as securely as it should to keep it as a dual compartment type construction. I would steer clear of this purchase until Rubbermaid steps up to the plate and sells replacement parts for their food storage solutions...
