As someone who does most of my shopping online I rely on photos, descriptions and other customer reviews. I took a chance with this item that had only one photo and no customer reviews. The seller describes the item as "...features a roomy main compartment AND A FRONT ZIP COMPARTMENT that is perfect for smaller supplies. The SIDES FEATURE MESH POCKETS that are great for storing... The bag is cute and roomy, but only has ONE large compartment and ONE pocket on ONE side. I am disappointed the backpack doesn't have these features which are very important for helping little ones stay organized and easily find/store items in the backpack. I hope to return this item if I can find a better alternative before first day of school.
