I've had this product for about a month and it's been great! It arrived in the projected time frame and I use it about twice a week. There's plenty of room: I've fit bowl-sized tupperware, a travel mug, a 14oz water bottle, and yogurt all in there at once (it was a little tight but it zipped up alright thanks to the stretchy neoprene).

It insulates a little, although not as much as some other lunch carriers. I don't have a fridge at work, and it's summertime. While the food doesn't really stay cold, it doesn't get warm before I eat it. Since the bag is soft, if you put the tote in a backpack or something, your food might end up a little squished (but it is nice to be able to fold it up and put it in your bag once it's empty).

The only thing I had a problem with was the fact that it was actually so big--it's rather cumbersome when you just need to bring a sandwich and a yogurt cup. So, I'm thinking of getting Built's smaller LB Lunch Tote. Their products are definitely high-quality and worth spending a little more; I'd definitely buy from them again.

Oh, the last thing, which heavily influenced which kind of lunch tote I got: it is fun and fashionable! The polka dot pattern is adorably whimsical. The colors are more vivid in real life than in the pictures.

I bought this bag in the dot pattern and absolutely love it. It is so spacious. I took 3 bowls of soup to work in it the other day (some for co-workers). One of the bowls leaked out into the bag. I was so upset, but I took it into the bathroom, turned it inside out, and scrubbed it with hand soap. It looks like new again. I can't say enough good things about it. It's wonderful that it is washable, because those accidents are going to happen. It looks black with multi-colored dots in the photo, but it is actually brown with multi-colored dots. I like the brown better anyway. I have even gotten a few compliments on it. I'm thinking about getting my hubby the black or camouflage one for Christmas, just because the thing is so nice=) If you're thinking about getting one, GO FOR IT!!!

I saw this lunch bag advertised on the Food Network sometime last year and thought it would be great for my daughters. After using the bag for awhile, I realized this is probably not the best kids lunchbox. My biggest complaint was that the food is easily squished while transporting it to school. Chips became crumbs, strawberries were mashed, and sandwiches were more like Frisbees. If you are an adult who packs their lunch in plastic containers, then this would be great, but I might reconsider if you are thinking about this for kids.

On the plus side- it is very easy to clean, and very portable as it folds up easily
