It would be ever so helpful if Amazon would post the capacity of their bento boxes. This one holds 620 ml: A good box for an adult woman watching her portion size. Microwave and dishwasher safe too.

Cute and nice bento box. but have scratches or just (broken) on it. But it does it work so far.
