Same as the rest of the reviews - wish I would have paid attention to them BEFORE I bought this. My daughter put one thing in (on Christmas day) and tried to zip it up and both zippers came off!!! Will be sending back! If I was able to give 0 stars for this product, I would.

Got this bookbag for my 5 yr old takes it one day to school and comes home both Zippers are broke. Order another one and returned that one got it took it to school 3 days and happened again. I am now returning this one to.
