But I only got the bento box instead. Missing the backpack, waterbottle and the utensil set. I have sent a couple of messages to the seller but didn't get any response! Very disappointed!!! I will see how I can return the item.

I love this bag and lunch set! My son goes to daycare occasionally so I wanted something to travel back and forth and this is perfect. My only concern is the stitching around the snap is starting to come loose. I don't know if we just got a bad one or if this is common.
