I had been eying these bowls for quite some time and put them in my registry and received them as a gift. When they were on the way i was ecstatic only to be disappointed upon receiving them. Despite being acrylic and wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap, two out of four the the bowls were completely broken. Initially I hadn't opened the package but could tell the 4th bowl on the very bottom was completely destroyed. I left the bowls i the packaging expecting to return them. When I finally opened it I saw the third bowl was broken too. I contacted the company via both methods available. Sending a message and calling the available phone number. Despite my efforts to only have replacements for the damaged bowls sent to me, I received absolutely no response on this. I received the bowls in August 2013 and still have them. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed.
