I absolutely love this bento box! Its well made and I appreciate that it came with an elastic bento band to hold both layers securely together. Both sections have a plastic lid to keep food in place. I've put dry snacks in one layer and leftover stirfry in the other and the lids kept both perfectly in place. Although it looks small, it really holds more food than I expected. And the cartoons add a much needed bit of whimsy to a long day at work! Definitely worth the money!

This is so super cute I cried when I got it in the mail. It is small but >.> Japanese don't eat american size lunches! I love it and will use it! It is very sturdy though you might need a bag to carry it with. The band in comes with doesn't keep it snugly closed enough if you are gonna have it bouncing around.

I love this bento box. It is made of good quality material, comes with an elastic to keep it all together and is super cute!
Pros: separate compartments for food, comes with an elastic to keep everything held together, smaller container size, motivates me to pack my lunches.
Cons: needs to be handwashed, not 100% sure about microvwave-ability (even tho the label says it is), height of each compartment is a bit shorter than expected.
I really think this product rates more like 4.5 our of 5 stars, but didn't want to give a full 5 because hand-washing is a bit tedious.
