I give 3 stars because the size is great and it seems pretty sturdy. My only concern is it is advertised as insulated and although it has plastic inside, the way the zipper zips, it leaves an open area on both sides of the zipper. With that being said that means nothing really remains cold even when i put a cold pack inside.
