My daughter likes the long strap for easy carrying, and she loves the design. My complaint is that there is not much room, and It can barely hold her thermos's for drink and hot beverage.

Lunch box was fine but the thermos leaks badly. We had to discontinue using it. Would not recommend this product unless you only care about the Bieber lunch box which works just fine.
